A 2.5 mile roadway located just west of I-75 in Valdosta and Lowndes County, GA. This project involved transforming James Road from a two-lane local road with ditches to a five-lane road with curb and gutter. The roadway was designed to support a new elementary school and large scale development including hotels and retail stores.
