LEA designed the site improvements for the 2.5 acre, 104 room Springhill Suites hotel. The the design included plans to realign Cowhouse Creek that involved obtaining a FEMA Letter of Map Revision, Georgia EPD state water buffer variance, and an Individual Permit from US Army Corps of Engineers for wetland impacts.
