Members of the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce and the founding faculty and staff of Scintilla Charter Academy pitched their shovels on Wednesday for the groundbreaking of Valdosta’s first charter school. The Lovell Engineering staff is proud to be a part of this project. The school is scheduled to open this fall.
